About the role
- Individual basic care and treatment-oriented nursing for residents
- Gerontopsychiatric care
- Individualized support and stimulating daily activity planning
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Ensuring quality of care
- Open communication with residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Candidates with or without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
