About the role
- Provide individualized basic and treatment care for residents
- Plan and lead activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Document the nursing process (medication administration, care records)
- Ensure quality of care together with the on-site team
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing care nurse, with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
