About the role
- Individual basic and treatment care as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activation-focused daily activities
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Work with the team to ensure quality of care
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems / basic IT proficiency
