About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care for residents
- Individual support and activity-focused daily programming tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records/protocols, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- Being an attentive point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a state-qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered general nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player and empathetic in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and with a good sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT proficiency / affinity
