About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric nursing of residents
- Personalized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, nursing records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- Being a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Candidates with and without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for the role
- Willingness to work all shifts
- IT affinity
