About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable with IT / basic IT proficiency
