About the role
- Planning and conducting wound rounds and wound documentation
- Implementing optimal wound prevention measures and minimizing patient pain
- Supporting treating physicians with wound care
- Training nursing staff in wound care and infection prevention
- Providing individualized basic and treatment care for residents
- Documenting the nursing process for each resident
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse), geriatric nurse, and/or health and nursing care professional with additional wound manager certification
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / good IT skills
