About the role
- Individual basic and treatment care, including gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activation of daily activities according to the needs of the residents
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Contributing to ensuring the quality of care
- Point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / good basic IT skills
