About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care, including gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activation-oriented daily activities tailored to the residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Shared responsibility for ensuring the quality of care
- Providing an attentive, compassionate ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered general nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
