About the role
- Individualized basic and therapeutic care for residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities
- Documentation of the care process
- Supporting the team to ensure quality of care
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with or without professional experience welcome
- Team player with empathy when working with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Affinity for IT / comfortable using digital systems
