About the role
- Provide individualized basic and therapeutic care, including gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Actively plan and lead daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Document the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Contribute to ensuring quality of care
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nurse, geriatric nurse, or registered health and nursing professional with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts (including evenings, nights, weekends)
- Comfortable using IT systems / basic IT skills
