About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Individual support and activation-focused daily activities for residents
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable with IT and digital documentation
