About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care, including gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, nursing records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- Providing a compassionate ear for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) and additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
