About the role
- Individual basic and treatment-related nursing care for residents
- Individualized support and activation-focused daily activities
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care records)
- Contributing to maintaining care quality
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented, and positive
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Comfortable with IT / basic digital skills
