About the role
- Scheduling, appointment management and admission of residents to the facility
- Pre- and post-admission support for resident intakes
- Acquisition of new residents, including close and regular contact with physicians, clinics and other external referral sources
- Conducting conversations with residents and relatives – complaint management
- Conducting care needs consultations with prospective residents, relatives and our residents
- Creating and maintaining care documentation
- Willingness to support colleagues with basic care duties and to work weekend shifts
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a nursing professional or as a registered health and nursing care nurse
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
- Strong interpersonal skills
