- Start each day with a customer-first mentality and check your inbox.
- Kick off each day with a daily digital email to confirm our platform schedules.
- Monitor and respond on all platforms during dedicated social, chat, and email hours.
- Maintain a 100% response rate (15 minutes or less).
- Aim to achieve impression excellence on every digital platform.
- Communicate openly, track your deadlines, own your task list, and share your accomplishments and struggles at weekly check-ins.
Requirements
- College Degree or four years of professional written communication experience
- Customer service, telecom industry experience a plus
- Personal experience using social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
- Professional experience representing a brand or company in a public/online forum via emails, website, or social media.
- Comfortable in public social forums, friendly demeanor, creative side, and intuitive written abilities.
- Typing accuracy and speed are a must.
- Advanced knowledge of spelling and grammar is preferred.
- Nearly excessive knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software.
