About the role
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Residential Sales Representatives.
- Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community-based outreach.
- Be the first line of defense by assisting representatives with challenges in the field or customer interactions.
- Conduct one-on-ones and coaching sessions to build skills and align with performance goals.
- Track and report on sales metrics, team productivity, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience and success in sales.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Evening and weekend work required.
- Remain upright on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate information.
- Move on foot.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Ability to work outdoors.
- Ability to work in extreme weather.
- Possess/maintain a valid driver's license.
