About the role

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Residential Sales Representatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community-based outreach.
  • Be the first line of defense by assisting representatives with challenges in the field or customer interactions.
  • Conduct one-on-ones and coaching sessions to build skills and align with performance goals.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, team productivity, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience and success in sales.
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Evening and weekend work required.
  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate information.
  • Move on foot.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to work outdoors.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather.
  • Possess/maintain a valid driver's license.
  • 25% travel requirement with NE markets.
