About the role
- Collaborate and serve as a strategic partner with software engineering, product owners, creative designers, marketing executives, and other marketing team members to identify business needs and website development, copy, design and testing goals through thorough data analysis within our Wordpress website.
- Conduct website assessments and recommend testing areas.
- Offer expertise to guide the implementation of A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, pixel tracking, data capture, and attribution strategies.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B, multivariate, personalization, and multipage tests for landing pages, user flows, and conversion optimization within Wordpress.
- Partner with the design team to translate mockups into web experiences.
- Set up, debug, and maintain Google Tag Manager for pixel tracking and tags across paid social channels.
- Manage GTM effectively for optimal lead tracking and analytics based on the needs of the business.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing website traffic and conversion data.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to landing pages, call-to-actions, and lead-generation strategies.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
- Assist in user feedback sessions and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve issues or bugs promptly.
- Stay current with digital marketing updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance websites, lead conversion rates, and user flows.
- Using the BrightEdge platform, understand and implement a short and long term SEO strategy at both a market and regional level to increase rankings for ALLO for specific keywords and search terms.
- Compile and present data-driven insights to stakeholders, highlight key trends, and offer concrete, actionable recommendations for website enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of on the job experience
- Expertise in web tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in extracting and interpreting insights from complex data sets
- Hands-on experience with SEO strategy, tools, and execution
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and translate these into strategic actions
- E-commerce experience and optimizing for conversions
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
- Stay organized while quickly pivoting priorities based on the needs of the business
- In-depth knowledge of Wordpress and architecting solutions within the Wordpress ecosystem
