About the role
- Act as the primary contact for local site teams
- Facilitate and coordinate communication among various stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, on cost-related matters
- Analyze production variances across multiple dimensions and provide detailed reports
- Execute month-end closing and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the closing calendar
- Prepare budgets, analyze standard costs and activity rates, and monitor follow-up actions
- Manage asset accounting processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Data-Analysis and Cross-departmental communication related to cost accounting matters
- English required at advanced level
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of the operational aspects of processes and/or manufacturing companies would be considered as an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar field
- MS Office (Excel Advanced)
