About the role

  • Act as the primary contact for local site teams
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication among various stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, on cost-related matters
  • Analyze production variances across multiple dimensions and provide detailed reports
  • Execute month-end closing and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the closing calendar
  • Prepare budgets, analyze standard costs and activity rates, and monitor follow-up actions
  • Manage asset accounting processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Data-Analysis and Cross-departmental communication related to cost accounting matters
  • English required at advanced level
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of the operational aspects of processes and/or manufacturing companies would be considered as an advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar field
  • MS Office (Excel Advanced)
