About the role
- Maintain and analyze asset databases for performance and repair histories
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules
- Manage the site Mechanical Integrity program and vibration monitoring program
- Support technical plant layout and equipment upgrades
- Lead and manage projects, providing support for process equipment and system repairs
- Utilize SAP in various functions to support the mechanical integrity program
- Track and maintain mechanical regulatory inspections as outlined in API standards
- Improve and monitor Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for appropriate equipment
Requirements
- Experience in the chemical, manufacturing, or related industry is preferred
- Capital Management experience
- Experience with API standards related to process piping, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and storage tanks
- Familiarity with SAP business platform as pertains to MI
- Fluent English is required
