About the role

  • Assist the team with maintaining accurate procurement data in ERP systems
  • Help manage day‑to‑day supplier interactions
  • Support and collaborate with global business units across MOC and procurement functions
  • Create and update contracts, info records, and source lists in ERP
  • Perform invoice control and manage deviations
  • Handle supplier communication, including complaints management and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Accounting, Logistics, Data Management, and PSRA

Requirements

  • Able to carry out a 6-month (or more) internship program
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus to support our operations in Greater China
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
