About the role
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies and tools to support the marketing organization.
- Create, edit, and distribute compelling content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and website copy.
- Plan and host webinars using Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth execution and audience engagement.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including content creation, ad setup, performance tracking, and strategy optimization.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale tradeshows (approx. 2 per year), including logistics, collateral preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Support internal departments with marketing collateral, banners, and event materials for initiatives such as career fairs.
- Coordinate award submissions for the company and individuals, and manage reputation and crisis communications as needed.
- Oversee editorial calendar and product launch communications, including campaign creation, implementation, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing communications, including content creation, event management, and digital campaign execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Fluent in English: proficiency in additional languages also an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience with webinar hosting (preferably via Microsoft Teams) and managing large-scale tradeshows.
- Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising, SEO knowledge, including campaign setup, performance analysis, and optimization is a plus.
- High level of initiative and energy, with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and the courage to speak up and challenge ideas constructively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able and willing to work with multinational colleagues globally, across several time zones.
- Experience in video creating/design, ie, Vyond program.
