About the role

  • Manage distributors and key accounts of specialty coating resin in North China.
  • Engage key and potential accounts on a regular basis to explore new opportunities, protect and increase market share, and support customers in resolving any issues.
  • Tracking key individual distributor contributions and distributor management for reaching expected achievements.
  • Consolidate market information on a monthly basis to update market trends, price analysis, competitor analysis, sales performance, customer calls, visit report, demand forecast, and new opportunity in new market and application development.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the annual target in terms of sales volume and margin.
  • Create and develop a key and potential account management strategy that includes key content such as customer organization, demand size, market share, and an opportunity list.
  • Effectively implement the company's policies, strategies, business direction, and action plan for distributors.
  • Integrate customer inquiries/requirements/issues and effectively organizing and cooperating with the support function to assist customers with such requests.

Requirements

  • At least 3 – 5 years proven experience in commercial or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in resin, coating or adhesive related market.
  • Good sales techniques, such as negotiation, value selling, stock & pricing management, etc.
  • Proficiency with delivering presentations, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proven skills to plan and manage plus excavating business resources very well.
  • Adapt to frequent business trips.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Can-do attitude and excellent business intelligence mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Management, or related field in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
