About the role
- Ensure SHE policies are implemented and followed
- Ensure contractors follow the safety regulations
- Ensure E&I devices internal, external inspection, calibration done in time
- Responsible for development E&I maintenance plan for both preventive and corrective activities
- Give fully technical support and guidance to E&I technicians and contractors, sharing the experience, best practice to them
- Responsible for electrical & instrument projects management(including design proposal, schedule planning, installation supervision, inspection, contractor management)
- Get involved in major electrical & instrument troubleshooting, identify the root cause, and work as a team to find out solutions and follow up
- Work with power supply bureau to track the electricity cost and do the power shutdown scheduling etc
- Responsible for the training of E&I technicians
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience related with electrical/instrument management in chemical industry or petrochemical industry
- High voltage operation certification is preferred
- High filed trouble shoot skills on electrical and instrument issues
- Strong initiatives and ownership on E&I aspect
- Good team work spirit and good coordination skills
- English language skill is workable
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Automation; master preferred
