About the role
- Coordinate import/export shipments including customs clearance and documentation
- Monitor and analyze shipment data to spot compliance issues and take corrective action
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, vendors, and third parties to keep the process seamless
- Manage domestic and international dispatches, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle customer orders, shipment tracking, and delivery updates with accuracy
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction
- Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to imports, exports, and inventory
- Post Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP without error
- Support cost-saving initiatives in freight while keeping service levels strong
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service background
- Proficiency in SAP system
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Customer-focused attitude, always striving to deliver service excellence
- Clear and confident communicator, even when handling challenging situations
- Adaptability to adjust quickly in changing situations while keeping solutions in sight
- Analytical skills with the ability to balance cost, compliance, and customer needs
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (required)
