About the role
- Review and process purchase requisitions according to guidelines;
- Create and manage purchase orders in ERP and follow up on approvals;
- Handle invoice deviations and ensure timely resolution;
- Maintain procurement-related databases and records;
- Support Ariba Guided Buying activities (issue handling, supplier and catalog enablement);
- Prepare and update work instructions, training materials, and policies;
- Provide training and operational support to internal users;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues;
- Participate in projects aimed at improving indirect procurement processes.
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English skills, written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organized, accurate and proactive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Acquire ability to understand the process flow and act swiftly upon exceptions
- Can work in an independent manner, as well as integrate well into a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba tools is a plus.
