About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial performance and growth
  • Deliver analytical and strategic support throughout the CAPEX planning and decision-making process
  • Lead improvements to the CAPEX process and coordinate the review and approval of capital project proposals
  • Prepare monthly reports covering actuals and forecasts
  • Support the development of the annual CAPEX budget and the 5-year strategic plan
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategic investment decisions

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of progressive experience working in a financial business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and development
  • Global business perspective with an understanding of the Coatings industry
  • Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional priorities and driving collaboration across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid proficiency in spreadsheets and data analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
