About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Based in North America and reporting directly to Head of OEM Mobile Sales North America Off-Highway
  • Responsible for leading the Account Management & Business Development for assigned accounts
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including coordination between customer and internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Support execution of customer and product growth plans within assigned accounts
  • Support analysis of product value and competitive positioning; assist in maintaining profitability
  • Provide regular forecasts and updates for new and existing business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, ongoing programs, and issue resolution
  • Monitor customer performance and activity metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field required
  • 5 - 7+ years of progressive sales and business development experience
  • 3+ years leading strategic OEM accounts (preference in Off-Highway Market)
  • Preferred Background selling drivetrain, powertrain, motion control, or integrated systems
  • Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
  • Travel Up to 50% travel may be required
  • Experience in Off‑Highway, heavy equipment, or complex industrial markets
