About the role
- Develop and lead the enterprise data analytics and technology modernization strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with executive leaders, including Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations, and HR, to identify opportunities for digital enablement and data‑driven insights.
- Champion a culture of analytics, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including predictive modeling, data visualization, automation, and AI/ML applications.
- Oversee the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization across all business units.
- Lead modernization of legacy systems, processes, and tools, leveraging cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and workflow automation.
- Partner with IT to build scalable, secure data infrastructure and integrate new technologies with existing enterprise systems (ERP, procurement systems, CRM, etc.).
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance productivity, reduce risk, and improve user experience.
- Provide leadership for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring strong project governance and cross‑functional alignment.
- Drive change‑management strategies to support successful adoption of new tools, data practices, and technologies.
- Measure ROI for technology investments and analytics programs.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team of data analysts, data engineers, BI developers, and transformation specialists.
- Coach and mentor staff to enhance analytical capabilities and modern technology competencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, or technology modernization leadership.
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms).
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale modernization or transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to connect technical solutions to business strategy and measurable impact.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance analytics.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models, automation solutions, and digital workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
