About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations on REPO Plus claim files
- Prepare desk estimates of damaged vehicles and total loss valuations
- Review and audit externally supplied material and outside insurance carrier estimates/appraisals
- Meet production and quality assurance goals set by REPO Plus management
- Serve as a physical damage subject matter expert for REPO Plus Adjusters and Analysts
- Answer questions regarding estimate reviews, total loss valuation audits, and written responses to outside insurance carrier appraisers
- Participate in testing workflows, processes, system integrations, and applications within the REPO Plus department
- Provide initial physical damage training for incoming REPO Plus Processors, Adjusters, and Analysts
- Provide evergreen training on physical damage, state regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 8–10 years of work-related experience
- Required to maintain all applicable licensing, if required, and continuing education/training necessary to complete the work in all 50 states
- State licensing may be required
- Training specific to changes within the automobile physical damage field, including ICAR, etc.
