About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations on REPO Plus claim files
Prepare desk estimates of damaged vehicles and total loss valuations
Review and audit externally supplied material and outside insurance carrier estimates/appraisals
Meet production and quality assurance goals set by REPO Plus management
Serve as a physical damage subject matter expert for REPO Plus Adjusters and Analysts
Answer questions regarding estimate reviews, total loss valuation audits, and written responses to outside insurance carrier appraisers
Participate in testing workflows, processes, system integrations, and applications within the REPO Plus department
Provide initial physical damage training for incoming REPO Plus Processors, Adjusters, and Analysts
Provide evergreen training on physical damage, state regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
8–10 years of work-related experience
Required to maintain all applicable licensing, if required, and continuing education/training necessary to complete the work in all 50 states
State licensing may be required
Training specific to changes within the automobile physical damage field, including ICAR, etc.
