About the role
- Oversees the day-to-day activities and responsibilities within the contact center
- Manage business processes, workflow planning, and quality assurance
- Identifies trends for workflow improvements and client service needs
- Lead team meetings that foster employee involvement
- Analyze monthly and quarterly reports to evaluate statistics
- Utilize all available tools and resources to support leadership development
- Evaluate client escalations and participate in client calls as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s, Vocational, or Technical School degree preferred
- 5+ years of directly related work experience required
- 2+ years of managerial/people leader experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Ability to prioritize, assign and organize workflow
- Proficient MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information in a responsible manner
