About the role

  • Oversees the day-to-day activities and responsibilities within the contact center
  • Manage business processes, workflow planning, and quality assurance
  • Identifies trends for workflow improvements and client service needs
  • Lead team meetings that foster employee involvement
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly reports to evaluate statistics
  • Utilize all available tools and resources to support leadership development
  • Evaluate client escalations and participate in client calls as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s, Vocational, or Technical School degree preferred
  • 5+ years of directly related work experience required
  • 2+ years of managerial/people leader experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize, assign and organize workflow
  • Proficient MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information in a responsible manner
