About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Sales Representatives in the Austin and San Antonio markets
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on sales training
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
  • Establish accountability, structure, and consistent sales processes
  • Support new Sales Representatives during onboarding
  • Generate personal sales while leading the team
  • Conduct in-home consultations
  • Inspect roofing, siding, and window opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and follow up to maximize close rates
  • Oversee projects from signed agreement through completion
  • Coordinate scheduling, materials, and installation
  • Maintain communication with homeowners, crews, and operations
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive self-generated lead generation and canvassing
  • Build relationships throughout the Austin and San Antonio markets
  • Increase local brand awareness and referral business
  • Travel between Austin and San Antonio and periodically to Houston for leadership meetings, sales training, and company events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior residential roofing, remodeling, or exterior home improvement sales experience (Required)
  • Previous sales leadership or team training experience (Required)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience managing sales performance and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Competitive, self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
  • Must be comfortable using ladders and walking residential roofs
  • Must reside in or near Austin or San Antonio, Texas
  • Required to travel between Austin and San Antonio, with periodic travel to Houston
