About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the production and profitability of Motor Retail Insurance products using internal and external data sources
- Conduct commercial tariff impact analyses
- Develop business scenarios and ensure system integration using the WTW Radar tool
- Create, monitor, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards for performance tracking
- Develop strategic action proposals
- Analyze market dynamics and propose innovative project ideas based on gathered insights
- Perform necessary actuarial analyses during new product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred
- Hands-on experience in reporting using popular data visualization/reporting tools
- Competence in data analysis with a strategic mindset and strong presentation skills
- Collaborative team player who values teamwork and cooperation
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT (LLMs)
