Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform financial solutions and operations activities for Allianz Services
  • Apply insurance accounting knowledge to support financial processes
  • Reconcile data and perform data analysis and data quality checks
  • Manage and fetch required reports using relevant systems
  • Monitor data quality and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers and team members
  • Work independently and organize activities across the process life cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of experience; at least 4–6 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of insurance accounting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance
  • Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks
  • Solid stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
  • Good understanding of insurance accounting processes and related systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Very high analytical skills
  • Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
  • Independent and self-organized, with a high level of perseverance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English
  • VBA experience is an advantage
  • Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud), SAP FI and SAP BW is desirable
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable
