About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing flyers, posters, and copy tailored for branches and intermediaries to support marketing initiatives
- Plan, conceptualize and coordinate campaigns to support sales objectives and boost customer engagement
- Deliver short-form vertical video content aligned with the brand identity
- Support concept research, filming, and post-production for brand content, corporate videos, and other shoots
- Support marketing activities for product launches or customer campaigns in collaboration with team members
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
- Monitor audience engagement and trends to refine content strategies
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Handle administrative duties related to project work, sales activities, and campaign coordination as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Mass Communications or a related field
- Basic working knowledge of CapCut and Canva is a must
- Interest in marketing, content creation, and campaign planning
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language
- Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage
- Familiarity with using ChatGPT for task simplification
