About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient architectures supporting AML systems and workflows
Develop and evolve target architecture roadmaps in alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks
Partner with delivery teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
Provide architectural oversight for cloud-native and hybrid applications deployed across AWS, Azure, and on-premises ecosystems
Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices across the technology landscape
Ensure architectural alignment across domains including security, data, AI/ML, and applications
Produce high-quality architectural documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams on software engineering practices, DevOps integration, and version control governance
Guide implementation teams in containerization, orchestration, and model-serving technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
5+ years of experience in architecture roles
Strong architectural background in the insurance or financial services industry
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Strong understanding of security, data, and AI architecture domains
Proficiency with architecture modeling tools
Solid knowledge of database management systems
Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems
Strong practical experience with containerization and orchestration
