About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take regional responsibility for selected Health markets and act as the central point of contact for respective entities
- Analyze global Health insurance markets and trends
- Derive strategic implications and optimization approaches for business models and products
- Track business performance of Allianz Health entities worldwide and develop concrete performance optimization actions
- Lead maturity assessments covering pricing, underwriting, claims, and provider management
- Drive implementation of regulatory and Group-wide guidelines
- Own selected governance processes end-to-end, including stakeholder coordination
- Develop and steer global growth initiatives together with Allianz Health entities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in business, economics, mathematics, natural sciences or medicine
- 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting and/or the insurance industry
- Proven experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects without disciplinary management responsibility
- Confident manner engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong persuasive skills
- Expertise in Health insurance
- Highly analytical and structured approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High degree of self-organization and willingness to take full ownership
- Ambition to cover a broad range of topics and a hands-on attitude
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for data analysis or market research
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus
