About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the build, integration, and deployment of software products that enable the creation of data-driven, superior Health insurance solutions.
  • Develop visualizations to communicate insights from risk modeling calculations
  • Support data quality initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and resolving data issues
  • Implement scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting projects
  • Investigate and communicate best practices for AI-assisted software development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled student in a master's programme (computer science, data science, business informatics or comparable)
  • Minimum of one year of practical experience in data engineering or data science through internships and working student positions.
  • Strong passion for deriving insights from data, particularly through the development of data visualization and exploratory analytics tools.
  • Strong expertise in python programming
  • Familiarity with Git/Github.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results, while thriving in a multicultural, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Interest in, or initial exposure to, the insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with or interest in AI-supported guidance and analytics solutions is a plus.
  • Availability 16–20 hours per week during weekdays. 2 days per week office presence.
