Working Student, Controlling & Reporting

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare data for outgoing invoices, create sales orders, monitor incoming payments, and support accurate financial reporting
- Review incoming invoices, verify invoice details, and track invoice status to ensure timely payment
- Support quarterly and annual closing activities
- Analyze HGB and IFRS financial statements for accuracy and insight
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile actuals against forecasts and budgets
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in Finance, Accounting, or Reporting
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently after initial training
- Good communication skills in English and German
