Consultant

• Analyze different health insurance markets, recent trends in health insurance, and the key drivers of growth and profitability to derive implications for Allianz’s health business
• Understand and optimize health insurance business models and product offerings across all global markets where Allianz operates
• Analyze the business performance of all worldwide health entities and derive actions for each entity to optimize performance
• Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in improving technical excellence in selected entities
• Drive the implementation of regulatory requirements and Allianz Group guidelines across health entities
• Manage selected governance processes end-to-end, including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders
