About the role
- Take on project leadership: planning, control, quality assurance, communication
- Analyze HR processes and system landscapes
- Conduct structured software selection
- Advise on competency/skill management
- Design an integrated HR setup across the employee lifecycle
- Identify and assess AI use cases in HR
- Coach team members and manage stakeholders
- Responsible for resource and capacity planning
- Conduct project closing reviews
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading HR IT consulting projects
- Confident in running workshops, facilitation, and decision facilitation
- Understanding of common HR processes and their implementation in systems
- Strong expertise in at least one focus area: HR IT architecture, integrated HR landscapes
- Analytical working style, clear communication, structured approach
- Fluent communication in German and English – written and spoken
