About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinates and supports the administration of employee benefits programs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on employee benefits utilization
- Performs data validation and reconciliation across vendors and systems
- Supports leadership and compliance needs through reporting related to benefits operations
- Assists with plan compliance, including audits and disclosure reporting

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or related area
- 4 years experience in human resources with exposure to retirement programs, health and welfare programs, or similar analytical role
- Demonstrated effective analytical skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- HRMS experience preferred
