Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or related area
  • 4 years experience in human resources with exposure to retirement programs, health and welfare programs, or similar analytical role
  • Demonstrated effective analytical skills
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • HRMS experience preferred
