Key responsibilities & impact

Supports and coordinates activities relating to accounts of commercial and industrial (C&I) customers
Assists in negotiating, securing, or administering service contracts, tariffs, and agreements
Builds relationships with community and C&I customers
Serves as a single point of contact for customers and acts as a liaison
Coordinates the preparation and timely execution of utility customer contracts
Maintains data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of C&I customer information files
Engages in other duties that support our values and purpose to serve customers

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, marketing, advertising, economics or related area
0-3 years of related experience
Experience in the utility industry and with commercial and/or industrial customer support or sales is preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be willing to travel
Basic knowledge of business economics and customer relations
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to interpret contract language and understand applicable tariffs
Ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, project management)
Demonstrated solid problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
