Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or related area
- 8 years of Talent Management and/or Organizational Development expertise
- Knowledge of business operations, management practices, and employee engagement trends
- Excellent organizational skills and project management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various people
- Demonstrated competency in needs assessment and performance measurement.
