Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or related area
  • 8 years of Talent Management and/or Organizational Development expertise
  • Knowledge of business operations, management practices, and employee engagement trends
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various people
  • Demonstrated competency in needs assessment and performance measurement.
