About the role
- Work with project teams to manage the engineering and construction phases of projects
- Facilitate the Alliant Energy internal review of all engineering drawings, technical specifications, and any other technical documents
- Act as a final check point between the engineering and the construction of projects
- Manage the process to develop scope of work sections for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Review project civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls system drawings and specifications
- Coordinate engineering drawing reviews with internal subject matter experts (SMEs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering program accredited through the Engineering Accreditation Commission
- 9 years of related experience
- Project management leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management)
