About the role
- Develop and execute innovative, integrated marketing strategies that drive both prospect acquisition and member engagement for the credit union
- Lead marketing efforts across the full funnel from attracting new prospects through targeted campaigns and partnerships, to deepening relationships with existing members through lifecycle engagement marketing
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs, establish measurable goals and track performance across multi-channel campaigns
- Leverage a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels such as advertising, email, social media, website, direct marketing, and paid media
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as Select Employer Groups, agencies and vendors to plan and launch campaigns
- Use behavioral insights and member data to design personalized journeys that drive action and enhance satisfaction
- Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics and emerging channels to improve business outcomes and member experience
- Promote consumer deposit and lending products to tech-savvy audiences through targeted messaging and channel strategies
- Partner with creative teams to develop and distribute compelling assets that support campaign objectives
- Oversee campaign testing, quality assurance, and proofing to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Track and manage marketing budgets, including spend on campaigns, promotional items, and incentive programs
- Provide consistent reporting and insights to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and company policies, including Bank Secrecy Act adherence
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree - Marketing or Related
- Minimum 7 Years - Marketing or Related
- In lieu of Education: 10 Years - Marketing or Related (experience may be accepted in place of degree)
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
- Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels (advertising, email, social media, website, direct marketing, paid media)
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, agencies and vendors
- Ability to use behavioral insights and member data to design personalized journeys
- Experience identifying and implementing innovative marketing tactics and emerging channels
- Experience promoting consumer deposit and lending products to tech-savvy audiences
- Experience partnering with creative teams to develop campaign assets
- Experience overseeing campaign testing, quality assurance, and proofing
- Experience tracking and managing marketing budgets and reporting campaign performance
- Knowledge of compliance with state and federal laws and Bank Secrecy Act implications
