About the role
- Support and improve the ServiceNow environments
- Provide ServiceNow end user support
- Develop end user training material
- Maintain and enforce ServiceNow governance policies
- Collaborate with communications team to design, build, and deploy the ServiceNow site
- Ensure pro-active monitoring for ServiceNow Software systems
- Review ServiceNow releases and apply service upgrades as required
- Ensure critical systems data is backed up and recoverable
- Collaborate with vendor management and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or related
- Minimum 5 Years - ServiceNow or Related
- Minimum 2 Years - Agile Delivery Methodologies ITIL or Related
- ServiceNow Certification Preferred
