About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an operational bridge between partner schools and the internal product/development team, capturing feature requests and feedback from pilots.
  • Support testing, documentation, and rollout processes for new tools or features.
  • Support the development and maintenance of custom AI tools and GPTs to enhance workflow efficiency and facilitate organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Develop creative, resourceful solutions for project management, data management, and pilot tracking — finding the right tool for the job, even when it doesn't exist yet.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Support the relationship management of school and district partners, coordinating agreements, data privacy requirements, and other operational issues.
  • Develop, route, and track all partner contracts, MOUs, and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Manage vendor RFPs, onboarding, compliance, and renewals, ensuring deliverables align with project scopes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to confirm stipends and vendor invoices are accurate and paid promptly.
  • Maintain key internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Wrike) to support team operations, workflow automation, and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related roles (education, edtech, or nonprofit preferred)
  • Ability to implement and improve systems and workflows across cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of contract management processes and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with data dashboards, CRM systems (Salesforce), and project management tools (Wrike, Asana, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in K-12 education
  • Experience managing or supporting program pilots, product launches, or custom technology tools
  • Demonstrated curiosity and experimentation mindset; enjoys tinkering with tools, systems, workflows, or AI technologies to solve operational problems
