About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead financial modeling and analytical workstreams across the Impact Fund portfolio by developing and maintaining transaction models, portfolio-level analyses, and scenario-based models that support transaction sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
  • Lead portfolio monitoring across active investments, including tracking financial and impact performance, assessing emerging risks and opportunities, and synthesizing key portfolio insights.
  • Support end-to-end transaction execution across the Bridge Fund and Catalytic Fund including diligence, analysis, and preparation of ‘investment committee’ materials.
  • Support the development and maintenance of pipeline and portfolio management systems to facilitate transaction execution, reporting, and ongoing portfolio oversight.
  • Support fund administration and post-close processes, including executing and tracking legal agreements and key transaction obligations, coordinating interest payments, and supporting ongoing compliance requirements
  • Provide support for Impact Fund Board Meetings by preparing the agenda, coordinating meetings, and developing the presentation materials
  • Lead weekly Impact Fund team meetings including developing agenda and coordinating schedules
  • Assist with the Impact Fund’s annual budget creation and quarterly management
  • Manage the team’s project-related invoices, contracts, and expenses
  • Lead development of the Impact Fund’s quarterly and annual investor reports, as well as materials for the Annual investor convening
  • Prepare investor-facing materials for meetings and engagements, including briefing memos, agendas, presentations, and supporting analyses.
  • Support timely responses to ad hoc investor requests, diligence questions, and questionnaires, ensuring materials are accurate, clear, and responsive.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, venture capital, impact investing, development finance, community development finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and exposure to underwriting transactions, and investment structuring, including the ability to assess financial performance, risks, and key investment considerations
  • Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills, with the ability to develop polished, executive-level presentations and investor-facing materials
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Can prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner; able to adapt to changing and competing needs
  • Able to interface with all levels of staff and senior executives both internal and external to the organization while maintaining tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to be self-directed and work both independently and in a team, ability to follow-through and complete deliverables effectively and efficiently
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail are essential
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and designing presentations
