About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of strategic relationships to increase awareness of and engagement with Healthier Generation initiatives.
- Identify key individuals working across the school community, who can serve as champions on whole child health initiatives.
- Facilitate coaching, consultation, technical assistance, and capacity-building for partners on HG tools, resources and best practices.
- Report project progress and results.
- Write and/or promote success stories, best practices, exemplars, and lessons learned to highlight program and organizational impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of experience working in schools, public health, out-of-school time, or other youth environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- Knowledge of public health systems, school health, or community-based programming preferred
- Familiarity with grant compliance, evaluation frameworks, and outcome measurement
- Experience working with cross-sector partners (e.g., government, education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations)
