About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of strategic relationships to increase awareness of and engagement with Healthier Generation initiatives.
Identify key individuals working across the school community, who can serve as champions on whole child health initiatives.
Facilitate coaching, consultation, technical assistance, and capacity-building for partners on HG tools, resources and best practices.
Report project progress and results.
Write and/or promote success stories, best practices, exemplars, and lessons learned to highlight program and organizational impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience working in schools, public health, out-of-school time, or other youth environments.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
Knowledge of public health systems, school health, or community-based programming preferred
Familiarity with grant compliance, evaluation frameworks, and outcome measurement
Experience working with cross-sector partners (e.g., government, education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations)
